Privacy policy
Updated: 23 October 2026. Document language: English.
1. Controller and contact
The controller for personal data associated with LaunchLab and its orders is FamTech Illia Klenchyshchev, NIP: PL8133882026. Send privacy questions or requests to exercise your rights to job.klenchys.i@gmail.com.
2. Data and purposes
We process information entered in forms, including name, email and phone, order and payment records, course-access history and correspondence. We use these data to enter into and perform the contract, provide the course, handle complaints and refunds, and meet accounting obligations.
For security and diagnostics, we process technical information such as IP address, browser type, identifiers and referral source. We also measure website and advertising activity. Depending on the purpose, the basis is contract performance, a legal obligation, consent or a legitimate interest such as security and establishing or defending claims. Consent is required where applicable law requires it.
3. Service providers and transfers
We use hosting and infrastructure providers (Netcup and Google/Firebase), payment processing (Stripe), email services, and learning/communication services including Telegram. Authorised team members receive information necessary to support orders. We do not receive the full card number or card security code from the payment processor.
Measurement tools include Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Clarity, depending on the market and page. They may receive browser identifiers, IP addresses, events and transaction values; hashed contact information may also be used for advertising event matching. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Contact the controller for information about applicable transfer safeguards.
4. Cookies, browser storage and messages
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for sessions, remembering form information, diagnostics, advertising measurement and understanding website use. Browser settings allow you to remove or block stored data; blocking essential elements may affect sign-in or payment.
Order and access messages support your purchase. You can stop incomplete-order reminders using the link in the message or by contacting us. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
5. Retention and your rights
We retain information for the time needed to fulfil the order and course access, and as required for accounting obligations and establishing or defending claims. Consent and opt-out records are kept to respect your choices. We do not keep information longer than necessary for its purpose.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, such as the President of UODO in Poland or the authority in your country. Providing order information is voluntary, but we cannot deliver the course without the necessary information.
